The root chakra, called Muladhara, is located at the base of the spine. It represents our grounding in life, our fundamental need for security, and our connection to the Earth. When it is balanced, one feels rooted, stable, confident, and capable of acting with strength and determination. When it is weakened or overstimulated, this can manifest as fear, instability, rigidity, or a retreat into materialism..

This tea has been designed to energetically support this centre, by harnessing plants traditionally associated with physical vitality, emotional grounding, and instinctive confidence. Use :

  • 1 teaspoon per cup (250 ml)
  • Water at 90 °C – Infuse for 5 to 7 minutes
  • To be consumed preferably in the morning or late afternooni
